I am an Instructional Designer / Developer who is primarily a solution finder for production or personnel problems. 

   I am skilled with Articulate 360 Storyline, Rise, and the Adobe Creative Suite, which includes Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, as well as Camtasia when learning is the best solution.

    Given my background and education in adult learning, instructional design, computer science, and web design, I help find the root cause of problems and collaborate with clients for finding the best solutions.

   When learning is the best solution, I use technology such as xAPI, JavaScript, and other coding languages to help design and develop interactive e-learning, instructor-led, and virtual instructor-led courses that are effective and engaging for fulfilling the learning objectives.
